prolife.living ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. It is written to be compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Family data: number and ages of family members, nationality, current and intended country of residence.
• Document data: copies of identity, civil status, education, or employment documents you share for review.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

3. Sensitive Family Data

We are aware that family documents may contain sensitive personal data, including information about minor children. We handle this data with heightened care: storage is restricted to authorized advisors, retention is limited to the duration of your engagement plus statutory retention periods, and we do not share this data with third parties for marketing.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

• Performance of a contract (delivering the consulting services you purchased).
• Your explicit consent (when you submit documents for review).
• Legal obligations (accounting and tax records under Polish law).
• Legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, securing our systems).

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. You may exercise any of these rights by writing to sales@prolife.living. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

6. Retention

We retain engagement records for the duration of the consulting relationship and for the period required by Polish law (typically up to 6 years for accounting records). Document scans submitted for review are deleted within 90 days of engagement completion, unless you ask us to retain them longer.

7. Security

We use encrypted storage, access controls, and reputable third-party processors (e.g., email, payment, video conferencing) bound by data processing agreements.

8. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA (for example, to a video conferencing provider), we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
