Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all consulting packages purchased from prolife.living, operating from Wita Stwosza 55, 02-661 Warszawa, Poland.

1. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase for any of the following packages:

• Relocation Readiness Assessment — €229.00
• Living Strategy Session — €275.00
• Premium Family Integration Package — €890.00

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued once any of the following has occurred, even if still inside the 14-day window:

• The consultation call (video session) has started, in whole or in part.
• The digital PDF compliance report or written roadmap has been dispatched to the email address you provided.
• Premium support has been initiated by exchange of substantive written guidance.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send a written refund request to sales@prolife.living from the email address used at purchase, including your order reference and reason for the request. We respond within five (5) business days.

4. Method of Refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Bank or card processor timelines may add additional days.

5. Partial Refunds

For the Premium Family Integration Package, if some but not all consulting hours have been used at the time of a timely refund request, a pro-rated refund may be offered at our reasonable discretion.
