Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of consulting services from prolife.living, with registered office at Wita Stwosza 55, 02-661 Warszawa, Poland.

1. Governing Law

prolife.living operates under Polish Law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the services shall be subject to the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland.

2. Nature of Services

All services offered by prolife.living are informational and advisory. We provide expert guidance, document review, written roadmaps, and educational consulting related to family relocation and EU mobility.

• We do not guarantee any visa, residence permit, schooling placement, housing, or other outcome dependent on third parties or public authorities.
• We are not a law firm, immigration agency, real estate brokerage, or government representative.
• We do not submit applications to authorities on your behalf.

3. Packages and Pricing

Current packages are: Relocation Readiness Assessment (€229.00), Living Strategy Session (€275.00), and Premium Family Integration Package (€890.00). Prices are inclusive of any applicable Polish taxes where required by law.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete information about your family and circumstances.
• You acknowledge that any documents or guidance we provide are based on the information you supply.
• You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of any submissions you make to public authorities.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All written reports, roadmaps, and materials produced by prolife.living are licensed to you for your personal family use. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
